Once again we got down and dirty with clay.

This year Sandra brought in a white clay for us to try out different techniques from previous years. Although some members made freeform pots as we had done before, the object this time was to create a pot using the inside or outside of a mould.

A wide variety of objects were used as moulds and the pots were made either using slabs of clay or coils.

The pots will now be allowed to dry before being biscuit fired. A short session during a club meeting later this year will be used to glaze the pots before their final firing.
