The famous double act of Adriaan and Poppie Engelbrecht came over from Tauranga to enthrall us with their skills. Poppie was working on a large Privet group, transplanting material from a large wooden crate into a fibreglass tray whilst Adriaan was talking about (and demonstrating) developing the ramification on Chinese Elms, grafting and how to use power tools to remove unsightly branches on a large Maple. The afternoon flew by and Poppie’s group planting turned out fantastic.
