Bring your own material and build a root over rock or tree on rock bonsai. Trees from previous workshops will be brought along and their roots exposed for the first time!

A Tanuki bonsai is created by joining a young plant to an old piece of wood to instantly increase the value of both. The use of Metalex wood preserver and Lime Sulphur anti-fungal and staining agents will be discussed and demonstrated.
