Topic: Kathy Steyn will give a carving demonstration
Kathy Steyn from South Africa will feature at this meeting
She will give a talk and this will be followed by a carving demonstration.
Last year she did some carving. Only two trees were brought to the meeting last year and she did some very good work on both of them.
If you have a tree or trees suitable for carving bring them along and if we have too many we will let Kathy choose which ones she wants to work on.

We will also have the show and tell session as per usual. Also if you have any trees for which you want advice bring them to the meeting.

Please note that there will be a couple of things on at the Gardens the day of our meeting.
The Harvest Festival is on that day Sunday 8th.  It is in front of the main Pavilion from 10am to 2pm, where there will be sales tables etc.
The Pumpkin Festival is on too up in the Rhododendron Lawn the entry is at the top of the hill as you come in our gate. That one is from 10am to 2.30pm.
